Actually no they don't. both camera and flashlight gestures require you to physically unlock the phone once performed and the flashlight doesn't even toggle. When you unlock the flashlight it goes straight into a torch app. Also, if you have more than one camera app, the swype gesture doesn't work at all. It flashes a default camera selector for like a split second after unlocking it manually then it disappears.

Guys... i have used both CM and PA on lots of my previous mobiles... and i honestly think... PA kills it big time..
Once i get an OPO im going to immediately consider this..

I only have one question... after rooting and flashing PA... how safe is it for me to use my mobile to make online payments... any threats there?

I know, it's a workaround. I should finish it someday. That was better than removing all the gestures for the initial bring up...

What is custom recovery ? Mine has CM11S installed over colorOS+goggle. So what is the difference between them. Thanks. I am new to this so must ask. Sorry.

    thanx for your prompt reply..
One more question has anyone used this paranoid android version for long enough on this OPO phone to realise if there are any bugs on a date to day basis...i am still assuming that this os is absolutely stable

Hey, I will flash PA probably this week or next and i have doubts about battery calibration, i mess all my devices battery in flashing..

    • Do i must calibrate the battery once before flashing pa and in addition after it's flashed ?
    • Can i receive the phone and then root it, flash this right away before doing anything with battery ?
    • After PA flashing, for FK, do i must flash it after a calibration or right after i've flashed pa ?

Sorry for these questions, i don't consider me as a rooting noob but i would be sure about battery, i wanna do things right on this device, thanks. @SferaDev

I was always a big fan of the PA roms on my Samsung Note (N7000). Good job for bringing this rom to the Oneplus One!!

No need to do anything with battery! Just root, flash twrp and flash PA! We already have all FK battery enhancements :)
