After flash you need to boot into twrp, you can either try fastboot boot (recovery name) Or press vol down and power for a few seconds until it boots in twrp

Yes that I know. I mean, don't it need to perform "Format Data - Then type yes"? In my earlier devices I have seen that TWRP not works until performing Format Data then type yes. If possible please someone write a step by step.

No Need ! anytime you wanna go back, you can download the official recovery from the download section and flash.

I did not find an official download site for the original recovery. Only links to servers which don't look like they belong to OnePlus.
Anyways, I want to save what is currently on my device.

Edit: OK, you were right. A recovery download link appears at the bottom of a specific ROM's download page and is also hyper linked inside the installation instructions.
    http://downloads.oneplus.net
Not sure why they saved it at something like "s3.amazonaws.com". Looks suspicious if people give you such an unofficial looking direct link.
