No creo que sea un problema de Google. Actualizo Google en un Pocophone y Voice Match funciona perfectamente.

Yes, even on MI phones this works properly.
i believe it is a Oneplus issue.

@SomilTyagi @Tahir. @yossxp Just wanted to update you that I had no issues with Ok Google voice match on my OnePlus 5T. The device is completely up-to-date, all apps up-to-date as well, and voice match works perfectly fine. I'm afraid this steers me toward believing it's Google's fault, but there are always strange things going on with one or two phones here and there...

Are you on pie or oreo? My Google app updated and thats when it stopped working. If you have a look at the google Community site, there are many user of different phone models complaining about the very same issue.

Someone needs to divert the attention of Oneplus Developers and testers about this issue.

What is the use of a smartphone if you don't have working features?

Anyone know how to reach the OnePlus people ?

Just had an online chat with support. Their final solution after hearing that I've tried all there ideas was to reset the phone to factory. But that's not an option for me right now. My belief is that the last update of Google and 9.0.3(or something in this version of pie) has an issue.

As I stated in my message, my OnePlus 5T is completely up-to-date, including all installed applications. That means it's on Android P and all apps, including Google Play Services, Google Assistant, and whatever else you can think of that is related... it's all up-to-date.

This problem is occurring in more than just OnePlus phones - it's just something that happens sometimes and while I haven't had time to search around for a root cause, it's almost certainly related to Google and not OnePlus, whether it be through Google Assistant, Google Services, or Android.

Stop blaming OnePlus for problems you're experiencing of which you do not know the cause.

we all are working towards finding a solution, blaming is not going to solve anything, but someone needs to own up this error/bug.

threads have been posted in Google as well to find if it's their issue.

we hope you can provide us insights if a solution is available.

Ok, just wanted to check to catch myself up. It's not an all-encompassing issue, so it doesn't sound like it's going to happen on every device under any category.

    What about these options? https://www.androidpit.com/ok-google-is-not-working-here-s-how-to-fix-it

EDIT: Adding more links/steps to fix this issue.

"check if the battery saver is ON. Users say having this feature enabled switches off the ‘OK Google’ functionality." - Piunika
"Other user shared workarounds include clearing Google app cache and installing pending Google app updates (if any). Retraining voice did the trick for some, while others suggest to try using the ‘Hey Google’ hotword instead" - Piunika
"I disabled the Google app then when I enabled it I was able to reset my voice. Works normally now." - AndroidCentral Forums

    Already done all of these.

retrain and delete voice is not enabled, microphone works perfectly fine, As mentioned in original post see attachment, when trying to put a new voice model (after fresh installation of Google llc app) it's stuck on SAY OK GOOGLE.

Thanks for such quick answers, i just hope you get a breakthrough.

Also someone in this chat/response contacted OnePlus and they suggested to factory reset the phone, and it has been confirmed that even that doesn't fix the issue.
