My friend had this problem too. Here's what he did to fix it:
    1. Boot the phone in safe mode
    2. Check if the problem your having is still there.
    3. If the problem is still there, contact OnePlus support and tell them about your problem. Of the problem is resolved by booting into safe mode, one of the apps on your device is causing the issue.
    4. Try deleting recently installed apps
I hope this helps. (Credit: @blackmagyk)

maybe you should reconsider doing useful stuff with your life instead of spending time writing useless "tips".

clear data of Android setup app( out of the two, only one app's data can be cleared), clear data of download manager and play store and reboot.

    Sure...
When you learn how to use Android first?
    Your issue is....
You need special app on your phone
    How to use phone....
No personal agenda..... just my opinion
Trashing Forums are not very good example from you.
Using Google would be great idea for the beginner like you.

Bro don't worry i have created a thread with the solution to this issue, below is the details :

"Regarding the random vibration issue on my OP6T, I think I might have found a SOLUTION (also read the same thing somewhere too and don't remember the source, so not taking credit for the solution.):

    1) Go to the file manager>internal storage.
    2) In that create a new folder (with any name you find suitable), in my case I named it New Downloads.
    3) Now go to the Downloads folder and cut/paste all the files over here to the new folder created.

After doing this, I am not getting random vibration issue till date as there is nothing in the downloads folder and the OS does not give notification with a random vibration.

Also after this whenever you download something just move that file to the new folder immediately. Always keep the system download folder empty.

I have also shared this to Jeff.H from the oneplus bugs dept."

Never heard of it, never observed it. My downloads folder is filled with files. That's strange.
