Caomhin , via OnePlus 6T , Jan 22, 2021 : Go into Safe mode and see if you can delete while in Safe mode. Press the power button to bring up the power menu, now long press Power Off option you will get the option to boot into safe mode. Select OK Delete the file if possible. Then restart the phone to get out of Safe mode and back to Normal mode.
rhyd1am , via OnePlus Community App , Jan 22, 2021 : Doing a quick Google search shows that it is an app that you will have had to make a conscious decision to sideload it yourself. In future be more careful of which apps you choose to download.
