    Hi all,

I cannot update my one buds pro firmware 489 using the HeyMelody app (samsung m51). After i download and installed, the firmware update continues to appear.

I already tried to reset the earbuds, delete and reinstall the HeyMelody app and tried to update it in other phones (samsung note10+, and on a iphone as well).

I'm having the same issue. Might be a problem with the firmware or possible it was released and accidentally included One Buds Pro when it's not actually for them. I'm on Pixel 5. Either way, you're not alone.

I managed to install it through heymelody but I had to do the install process twice.

I have tried updating the firmware multiple times but the version update notification is still there. Also after the update, my buds pro are not working properly with my macbook pro.

Unfortunately this doesn't work for many of us. I've been through the process tens of times now, across 4 different phones, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, factory reset the buds - nothing works.

Unfortunately customer support were less than helpful too. "please post your issue on the forums and our devs will try to fix it in the next OTA update"... not sure if they even bothered reading the support ticket tbh.

I think customer care meant to post a bug report in feedback section. Please do that if you haven't...

That bug report forum assumes you have a OnePlus phone and requires you to select one. They don't have any options for reporting non-phone bugs.

Hi. So what is the solution? How can update to 489? I have tried all. We need to wait a new firmware to fix that?

Just a quick update, the update notification to firmware 489 isn't appearing anymore, so I think the developers fixed this (maybe this update wasn't supposed to be for the buds pro?)
