I find it interesting you chose the 5T. I feel fortunate since I decided AGAINST installing 10.0.0 which turned out to be the MOST problematic update ever released. I love the 5T build quality, display and performance; having been an advocate of both Samsung and Apple I found it superior. BUT the fact that OnePlus ignores fixing an update is deeply disappointing making it difficult to remain loyal to the brand.

Please 🥺 [e]1f64f[/e] fix the bugs. I'm still not ready to give up. Using this beauty since 16th December 2017. Need more support. Have used this with a lot of care and love. It still has a lot of life and fight. Please don't push us into giving up.

End the ad-smelling chatter, it's still a beast with the OnePlus5 / 5T 8 / 128GB and Snapdragon 835. Turn on software support, Or it will remind you of the name Oneplus badly.

After knowing tht OnePlus deliberately gave us a broken android 10 stable update, not giving a shit about fixing the bug and waiting to see if those users will buy new OnePlus phones. I'M FINALLY SETTLED...

Sorry, though it is a nice phone the update to 10 has been a disaster. My phone was unreliable for the last 5 months and I had to switch to another phone. I finally downgraded to 9.09 and the phone is running again. However, after this experience I will not buy another OP.

Poorly written and many redundancies. The message you are trying to convey is understandable but next time it's advisable to have another set of eyes read your post before you publish it.

In addition, you forgot to mention that oneplus killed this perfectly working phone with a buggy update back in May. Oneplus also hasn't pushed out any security patches since April although this device is still in its support cycle of 3 years security updates.

Many 5T users are leaving oneplus cause of this.

Hey that's a very nicely written post...
I have spent 3 years with 5t and I have no regrets to date. About the phone..
I can very easily assume that this phone has a minimum of 2 more years left in it. ...
And I am on Android 10 and few of the fortunate ones who don't seem to have issue with the update.

If OnePlus 8T goes beyond my budget I might think of holding on to this phone for some more time..
