    as my op7Pro is running ROM, TWRP and Kernel; I thought the issue was made by one of them... but as I can see here... it is not related to them...
    btw I got SoD issue since I uploaded the phone to 9.5.11; before I've never had this problem...

    I'm sending to support, for the second time, op 7 pro 12/256. the first time it had been returned to me with only the firmware reinstalled, and in fact the problem has recurred.

    Does someone in this thread has good connections with a famous blog writer or website to escalate this and give it some more publicity, so Oneplus is forced to come with an official response? It is ridiculous we have not seen an official response in this thread from Oneplus.....

    My op7plus gm1910 died 2 times in the last week , before this 2 months everything was fine.
    When finally support answers this problem ?
    I don’t know what to do, wait for the update or try to return the money to buy another phone?
    I really like the phone, but such a problem in a premium phone is unacceptable and really upsets me...

    I need immediate help, stuck with this 800$ brick in my hand. The Vol Up+ power thing didn't work. It led me to a "qualcomm crashdump mode". after that i tried doing the same trick again, that mode disappeared. Then I again used Power + vol up, and again the crash dump mode. It's a vicious cycle! Someone please suggest something ASAP!

    Mine just did this for the first time out of nowhere.

    Vol up + Power worked, but not exactly something I want to happen again.

    Holy hell, I'm a big fan of OnePlus, since I bought the 3...
    Nearly 25 pages of people complaining and no response? This makes me feel a bit sick....
    OnePlus, either solve the problem or recall the phones. Along with an apology for both situations.
    That's the only way to get back the respect you lost.

    took it to the onePlus service centre and they changed the motherboard!!! All data lost. Not expected from a Premium Smartphone Manufacturer

    Wow, having read these chilling stories make me wonder what would happen to my 3 weeks old op7 pro.
    Am just updated my oos to 9.5.13 and using Blu spark kernel.
    Hope for the best and meanwhile I really think one plus should come clean to all the loyal supporters and tell us the truth, if they know what that is by now.

    just contacted OP and they said it's a software issue and is being taken care of. Happened to me 2 days ago and really don't want it to happen again, a scary experience.

    Well, it is comforting to know that it is a software issue and hopefully it is true.
    At least it can be corrected with updates of the os and the sooner the better for one plus to keep its reputation in the market.
    I wish them the best of luck.

    Hmm, they've been saying it's a software issue and it's being taken care of for the last three months. No sign of anything actually happening though.
