    Solutions:
    1. Factory Reset!
    2. Buy a New Charger with 5v 2a r More output ... (I'm using Sony CP-AD3 which is rated at 5v 3a)
    3. Buy a Spare USB A to USB C Cable of Decent Quality.

OnePlus 2 Cables are Going faulty. it's better to change them before it causes some permanent damage to device.

Mine is worse, my phone is not charging at all and when i plug it in for a charge it keeps turning on and off. Is there a way. My gf also has the same phone and with here cable and everything it still gives the same problems. Tried formatting and clearing data/cache to no avail.

Does anybody know what I can do to solve it?

    P.S. I can't turn on the phone, it's dead
