    Good morning,

    I have a little big issue :D
This night I charged my OP3 and today morning I pressed the powerbutton and nothing happened.
After that I press the power button and volume down, for the recovery, also nothing happened. So I put it again on the charge cable. but there happened also nothing.
I haven't any special roots or cracks on my phone. I use it totally normal.

    Do you have any ideas?

    best regards L0r3n2

I meant , if the charger is working fine while charging other phone.
If not then the charger is the culprit.
If it does charge other phones, then there seems some serious hardware failure on the phone, which needs a service centre aide.

You mean the phone is just - dead?

Let me re-iterate, you have tried:

    1. Long pressing power button
    2. Long pressing power + volume down
    3. Long pressing power + vol up
    4. Connecting a charger (Does the LED light up when you connect charger? Or does the screen?
    5. Connecting via data cable to a PC

If none above works for you, this may have no solution but to contact customer support.

Yes I test it all, and no LED/screen when i connect to charger or pc, and no opportunity to get on the data when i connect to pc.

Okey thank you, but they make probably a factory reset ?

PS: The phone is quite warm???

If the phone is not responding to anything as you mentioned, then you're in for either a replacement or a repair.

This happened to me today. Phone battery was at around 30% when I last checked. And then it just wouldn't start at all. I connected the charger and left it for sometime. pressed the power button for long time and the phone got back up again.
