    I've been following your thread....
This might have happened due to voltage fluctuations for sure!

I lost one of my Bluetooth speaker due to it.

    True.. But not necessarily.

Remembering the Galaxy note 7 and Redmi note 4 fiascos.

I personally have Oneplus X,3T,5T. None of them were fauly.. and indeed working fine.

Must be some faulty charger. Great that no one is injured.

Damage to one charger or more is not important. but if someone gets injury due to this is not good

Here's how my op3 adapter looks (bought in October 2016)

But I noticed that the adapter was changed... After 3t i guess, as my cousin has a 3t and the charger is the same huge brick as yours...

Stuff breaks, it can happen, could have been because of some power fluctuation in the houses wiring, that's how I lost 1 PC and 2 vacuum cleaners, since then my PC and laptop are plugged in a UPS with voltage regulation. Could have been a fault capacitor, mist likely, no need to flip out. You should see how it is when one of your colleagues gets fried while working on a high voltage power line, a charger failing dose not startle me. OP should check it, give us a response and take the appropriate action, like a charger recall and replacement if needed. But my guess is that you just got unlucky with a faulty charger.

It's a power accelerator that combined with a switch gives 50% more SOT :)

    Please calm down.
Everyone is trying to understand what the white red thing is on the wall and if it's a genuine charger supplied by 1+.
