When is the last time you both formatted? A cache clear won't fix anything as there's no cache to clear.

It's super easy. Just back up your stuff to the cloud.

How much "datas" do you have? Most apps keep their data server-side and only require a re-login.

I having the same issue but even more severe, I haven't downloaded any new app, suddenly the phone freezes and restarts, I wiped all cache, didn't help, then just formatted all the data inside, but still same issue. Every time I open the phone after a few minutes it freezes and restart.
I am able to get into the safe-mode menu (this is how I did wipe cache and format) and once there it doesn't freeze nor restart.

Any advice will help as currently I can't even set-up the phone as after a few minutes it freezes and restart.

Don't just format the data, do a full factory reset. Wipe everything, start from scratch.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

For more info on how to backup your phone, check the solutions here.

If you have already done a complete factory reset, I would suggest contacting OnePlus support.

You can contact OnePlus support directly for more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for contact/chat details.
