    hey team,
i am using my phone since it got launched.. it worked very well in its 1st year.. but after that it started to show hanging problems... in the beginning the problem was not usual but later it became a headache... i thought its due to the memory as it was 90% consumed so i did a factory reset.. but even now i am facing the same issue.. almost half of the memory is free but it keeps hanging frequently... with such a powerful processor this should not happen.. sometimes i cant even open the camera.. i have to restart the phone.. please look into this asap..

Not sure but if your phone is having battery issue like only 4 5 hour of backup and may be the Phone slow issue is due to battery. Phone battery detriotes over the time and the peak current is not the same as it's with new battery, for heavy tasks the processor depends on peak current.

Are you testing just after a reset without installing any apps?

Best to test after a full reset without installing any additional apps

Good job on resetting the phone. Perform a complete reset by wiping the entire storage. Backup your stuff and perform a full storage wipe factory reset. Also, have your software updated. This should do it, if not, time to buy a 8T.
