[Submitted] One plus 7 back camera portrait mode issue

    one plus 7 back camera portrait mode cant detect subject. When we capture photos using back camera portrait mode then it blurred the subject.Focus is not working properly after update.

    I'm experiencing the same thing after the latest update. Every time I take a photo on Portrait mode, it blurs the subject even if it seemed perfectly focused before clicking. The final image also seems delayed with relation to the moment you click.

    You need to look into this. It seems something is wrong with the post-processing.

    It's a pity because the camera was taking great pictures before this update.

    Do we have a fix for this issue. All the portaits i clicked bombed as they came blurred on my sons birthday :(. Eventually killing up few memorable moments

    I have the same issue after the latest O2 update. Could it be related to the lens stain detection that was added?

    I am also experiencing the same issue and had sent the mail to OnePlus 2 weeks back .. So far no response....
    The phone is still under warranty..
    Do i need to go to the service centre for this which is 200 kms from my locality or should I wait for the next update?????
    Awaiting the response @ the earliest.

    Hi Simran,
    Ive been facing the same issue since the last update came out. Since I use my phone camera a lot for work being a food blogger, this is really really impacting me on a daily basis.
    Kindly help soon with a solution

    You have to wait for the upcoming update.Or if you want then you can visit the nearest store so then can downgrade the update.

    From last one month, we are facing portrait mode issue on OnePlus 7 but Support system not taking care of this issue and taking lightly please guys report this bug on here https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/
    => Click On Submit Bug button
    => Inside OnePlus apps select CAMERA
    => Report the bug by filling this form
