    Hello there,

I recently found some image ( something round ) on the left side top and some writing says " live || killed 0 " like something on the right side - this can be seen when we take some thing with white background like it's underneath it.

not sure if this was there in the beginning or recent or iam noticing it only now?

    can you please advice?

It's called "burn in" caused by keeping a static image on screen for an extended period and well known for AMOLED displays

That happens when you let the phone keep a static image on the screen for long periods of time. PUBG needs to rectify this.

Remember the plasma TV craze? (Or was that not a thing in your country?)

Doesn't matter how long you've owned it, it depends on how long the image stays on the screen in the same exact spot that causes this. This is a common problem on all AMOLED screens.

I was using iphone till I switched to OnePlus. Either this or some other app. eventually the display is going to be affected.

Now, will need to reconsider buying phones with this kind of displays even if its a flagship one.

I feel like it isn't covered but call customer support and see what they say.

You can try to minimise or reverse the damage depending on how bad it is. You could try a screen burn in fixer app. It flashes different colours on the screen to try to even the pixels out, or something like that, I don't know the science.

Also, are you playing pubg on full brightness? That will cause burn in much faster. I keep my display around 30% brightness unless I'm in direct sunlight and I've never had an issue.

I hope they will replace the screen for you, or that you can fix the problem. Good luck
