one plus 7 t pro issues via OnePlus 7T Pro

    i spend 53k rupees ,but unable to connect to my car s cross suzuki ,android auto play is not working, bluetooth is not working .its working with previous phone one plus 6 .now i upgraded but disappointed .i hope one plus will resolve this bug

    I also have problems with bluetooth. Connecting to car kit works but sound is stuttering constantly. 7t Pro with latest update OOS 10.0.3.HD01BA. This sucks. Should not happen with phones in this price range. 759 € here in germany. Big disappointment! My old lowpriced Elephone P9000 did stream without problems. Come on OnePlus. Seriously?

    What would u say about my screen issue..
    Bought on 16/10/19
    Took care of it like a baby...
    Tried all troubleshoot methods...
    The issue is hardware not software..
    This screen reminds me of my Samsung S7 edge which had similar issues in almost 20-25% of the phones world wide..
    R they really supplying inferior quality products to OnePlus as here the screen is supplied by Samsung itself

    Further to this @X1569027058792 I have replied to you via PM also.

    CS have stated that you have provided them with a police report. As such, the matter is now with OnePlus Legal team and CS are awaiting a response from them.

    There is nothing that I can do in terms of escalation as it's already been escalated as high as it can go. I appreciate the frustration but you will need to wait for their response.

    Moderators are not OnePlus employees. We are community users like anyone else but with added permissions to moderate. If we see CS cases on the forum that may require escalation, we alert admins of these. That is what I have done with your case, and I have merely stated the reply that I have received. In terms of escalation, there is nothing further I can do as the case is being looked at by the legal team.
