    Hello Members

When I connect my cable with my handset I can hear the sound like a charger connected.

For a second it's showing "warp charging" (not all the time)

Sometimes I can only hear a sound

But the display shows " charging " but actually the battery is not charging ( 30% after 15 mins 29% ) simultaneously battery gets drained even I connect my charger.

I contact the service center near me (56Km from home) they told me everything was perfect no problem.

I told them about this problem. they simply told and delivered my mobile if you get the same problem then come here.

I don't know what the problem is.

Battery failed ? or CC board problem? or charging strip problem?

Am facing the same problem, so I again contact the service center last Saturday and explain the problem to them. then they told, " we will check and let you know back, maybe today or Monday ".

Today I just contact them via call and asked " how long you will take to fix the issue " they told sorry sir, your mobile phone motherboard need to change then only we will fix the issue "

If they explain or check properly on Wednesday itself I will change my phone in the last week itself.

I don't even spend 3200Rs for the backdoor.

May the service center will refund my money back? or not? and fix the last door itself?

The worst service center I saw sir, any help from one plus team? or better I can contact consumer court?

Hi, try cleaning out the usb-c port on the phone. Use a toothpick or similar non-metallic probe. Look for pocket lint.
