One Plus 7T's Big Problem?

    ayushhjaiswal , Sep 10, 2020 :
I just bought a new 7T and I was shocked to witness the unannounced reboot of the phone while performing simple tasks. It happened twice during a span of 4 hours.

    Do I need to worry?
How am I supposed to solve this?

Doesn't look normal to me, any app you installed lately after which this started happening?

Not normal... I've never experienced an unannounced reboot. And, only rebook initiated by my phone has been in conjunction with an OS update.

The worst part is, I've no idea how to solve this. Neither can I find any support from the Internet.

    Hope the community helps!

While I don't own the same phone, I feel confident in saying the problem is most likely related to third party apps so I'd start there if I were you. Try disabling or removing the ones mentioned, clear the system cache and see if the rebooting persists.

Even i have Sticker.ly installed on my phone and it hasn't caused any problems, try removing IIFL Markets and wait for a day or two to ensure that there aren't any more random reboots.

If at all it happens again I'd suggest that you reboot your phone into safe mode and use it for some time. As all 3rd party apps are disabled in safe mode you can eliminate the chances of 3rd party apps causing random reboots to zero.

Seems to indicate a hardware issue if you tried all the other steps. Contact OP support or if you bought the phone from another retailer I would ask for a replacement or refund.
