Did you try turning it off?
And did you try booting it into recovery mode?

Try and keep holding the power button for more than 10 seconds and hopefully your phone will restart.

If not, one option would be to leave it by itself until the battery dies and then once connected to a charger it will restart.

Fortunately i connected it to my pc an tryied to acceess to revorery mode, it worked. The debug said it was a sound bug that rebooted the phone. Cleaned the cache, rebooted, now it works as before. To be honest it was a bit scary seeing a 812 euros phone being stuck for more than 2 hours! Thanks for your help anyways!

It's definitely a scary moment. More than the money (of course, no one wants to see such a costly brick on the table), it the data and comfort which are at the stake.

It happened to me with my OnePlus 7T. The only solution I saw was to press all buttons together until reboot the device.

After that the phone updated and everything went right.

    Good luck friend.
