One plus 9R mobile issue via OnePlus 9R

    Dear sir. I am using union bank mobile banking app from so many days. Recently I have installed the app and tried to register in new mobile again. It stucks in sending verification SMS.

    I have tried by keeping my network in 2g and also tried by clearing data of app. But still it doesn't go. I so tried reaching customer care but no response. Please please help me to login into my app.

    BTW:
    1. This here is a user forum, so no "Dear sir" here to find.
    2. Use Search for your issue.
    3. Ask your bank if the app is compatible to Android 11.
    4. I'm quite sure that your issue is not a problem of the OnePlus 9R.

    If you guys are irritated by my repeated question , then why can't you find a solution. And I completely against to your answer that the issue is not with one plus 9R mobile. If we customers stop expecting a solution from you guys then you guys also should stop expecting that there will be a positive review from our side. Similarly in sales also. said:
    I knew this is user forum , and my respect goes to who ever answers. if you are not interested then why are trying to create disputes. said:

    ofcourse I desparate and said to stop expecting a solutions to that person. And the reason for creating this new thread is because I am stepping down and helping myself and others who are trying to find a solution. rather than being stubborn as you replied me now in this way.

    Hi, this issue happens only with the union bank mobile app for the users. The issue has been reported multiple times by various users.
    As it's only a single banking app that causes this issue, it might be some incompatibility issue of the app.
    You can try filing a complaint with your bank to update their mobile banking app to work with the device.
