It's labelled Eye comfort.
Settings>display and brightness>press on the "Eye comfort" text, not toggle>toggle off both the options you see there.

It's purely goes in to night mode
I had one plus 7 recently that it's goes in night mode after sunset , that same thing happened here in that one plus 7 i can turn it off but in this phone I am unable to do so.

The yellow ishness you can see Is the night mode which i am unable to remove as of now because there is no feature of night mode in settings and as well in notification panel same the way if i turn on eye comfert which i showed you in recent screenshots than it goes more in night mode , means more yellow ishness than this.
Hope you got my point.

If we can understand by this than full screen after getting unlocked the phone than yes its goes yellow.

It's updated after my reciving my phone and i update this to is oxygen OS version 11.3
