Gowtham_Gururaju , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jan 18, 2021 : After recent update to A.00_0184, heart rate monitoring not working ( i.e. it's not measuring the hear rate continuously) Please fix this issue as early as possible and roll out new update immediately
Starcommander , Jan 19, 2021 : Go to manage > more > workout and health settings > heart rate tracking. Set it as per your needs.
Gowtham_Gururaju , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jan 19, 2021 : Hi I tried that option, it's not measuring the heart rate. Is anyone facing the same issue after update.
ashokpillai , Jan 20, 2021 : Same issue here after this update. Change of settings is not working. Sleep tracking and SPO2 tracking is working fine.
Suman_Sam , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jan 20, 2021 : Yes, the heart rate monitor stopped working continuously. The sensor is active, but the app isn't registering any data from it.
Suman_Sam , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jan 20, 2021 : The app is definitely broken. HR sensor can be activated/deactivated in real-time from the settings. It's just not logging data off it.
AlokDey , Jan 21, 2021 : App on mobile is not capturing heart rates being measured by the band. it occurred after the last update.
H1565116758888 , Jan 21, 2021 : +1 It very annoying. I trusted on oneplus brand, didn't expect such a silly version upgrade with major regression. Annoyed 😠
Gowtham_Gururaju , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Jan 22, 2021 : After updating the oneplus buds from Android play store, it started logging the heart rate in one plus health app. try to update the oneplus buds app from playstore and let me know
ashokpillai , Jan 23, 2021 : Version : 1.0.17_52de1d5_210114 After updating OnePlus Health App to the above version, the heart beat tracking is working fine.
H1611753386272 , Jan 27, 2021 : Bad experience with one plus band Heart rate not showing on app. When I seen this kind of messages, no one has responded from one plus team..Very disappointing
Suman_Sam , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jan 27, 2021 : Did you try re-pairing the band with the app? Unpair it, make sure it's forgotten from your Bluetooth history, and then re-pair it.
Suman_Sam , via OnePlus 8 Pro , Jan 27, 2021 : Unpair it. Make sure it's forgotten from the Bluetooth history as well, and then re-pair it.
AlexJo07 , Jan 27, 2021 : I think it worked Suman. Thank you. [e]1f44d[/e] And Oneplus better come up with a PROPER workaround. This is not what we expect from you guys.
