    Bought em 3 weeks back , facing the same issue , after the update not just 1 or 2 sec pause in audio and also the peak volume got 20 to 30 % reduction , is it just for mine or everyone facing the same issue.

    Facing the same issue, I feel it has to do with the function that makes the music stop when you take the earphone out of your ear. I feel like the sensor is malfunctioning and too sensitive. To be honest I wouldn't even miss this function if it wouldn't be there.
    I hope they can fix this soon!

    I bought one plus buds Z...on 18th November...my expectations were too high from one plus accessories... although I am using one plus phones from one plus 1 to one plus 7t...it's been so long with one plus...but now I face a huge disappointment..with one plus buds z..
    I am facing voice lagging,on call voice is very low or if I'm out,I can't even hear what the next person is saying....
    touch and the sensors are not working as expected..
    I hope you make this count and fix this as soon as possible..
    it's my third replacement with one plus buds Z ..and I am still hoping for a solution from one plus team..
