One plus care app not working. Even after applying OTP received belatedly via OnePlus 9 Pro

    As soon as the sign in process is over, the mobile number screen appears and after entering OTP received belatedly, the same mobile number to be typed screen appears and the same process repeats again and again

    Though I was changing phone numbers(
    as I am having dual sims) and received OTPs for both the numbers ,Ihad received message "the mobile number already registered" and there is no change of screen. However I had typed phone number of a third party ,OTP received and screen also changed for warranty particulars. Please fix this bug and solve the issue for registering my own phone number for one plus related accounts.

    Trying to get the OTP code to work on the app alone doesn't seem to work properly. I was getting locked out for too many invalid attempts. So if you do have that, wait atleast 24 hours for the timeout to clear.

    Then go to the official OnePlus website:

    Make an account on there first. Then enter in the OTP when it asks for it.

    Then try opening the OnePlus Care app on your phone and signing in with the OTP. Hopefully it works after.
