Just had to say that OP customer service has dramatically improved.

Had a dash charger issue and they sent me a replacement with no quibbles and it arrived in two days.

Thank you One plus, a happy and impressed customer.

Fluke or not, they delivered an excellent service. Too many people moan about poor customer service, just balancing the equation.

My speaker had issues sent it to Texas repair shop. Got it back...out of box same issue. Now they have me send it back out to a repair shop 4 hrs away. Not bad either. Although they didn't fix it the 1st time they are at least trying to fix issue.

If I ever worked with someone that was incompetent to not test the phone to see if the issue was resolved before sending it back out, I would of hit that person over the head with a cast iron skillet.

If I ever worked with someone who used the phrase "would of", I too would hit them over the head with a cast iron skillet.

With the bottom side, obviously I don't want to mess up my seasoning.

If I worked with someone who worked with someone and they both had cast iron skillets, I would GTFO as there's something wrong with someone working with someone who walks around carrying a cast iron skillet with seasoning to hit someone they work with, who is also carrying a cast iron skillet to hit someone who apparently did not test a speaker on a phone returned for service!:confused::p

I always seem to forget to type would've instead of would of, regardless I still should of said would have.

I have two cast iron skillets (well seasoned) available for those who wish to smash their colleagues over their heads, for not doing whatever, shipping & handling charges to be paid in advance. Sorry I just couldn't resist.

"Too many people moan about poor customer service" -

Did you give some thought as to why "too many people moan about poor customer service"?

Your isolated instance of good customer service can hardly offset the myriad number of disillusioned customers who have/had legitimate issues but are/were left without competent or fair resolution of the issue.

OnePlus makes one of the finest phones available (OnePlus3). At the same time, OnePlus has probably the worst customer service of any successful smart phone manufacturer. The lousy customer service is often mentioned when the OnePlus phone is reviewed.

Just today, I had occasion to call OnePlus with a valid issue which topic did not come up in a search. The agent who answered the telephone was useless. He did not understand the issue or at least appeared not to understand. The agent did not resolve the issue with the phone settings.

    Let's be fair and accurate.
