    Try to remove the mesh from the buds mouth it collect wax from the ears and that causes low volume problem
    But after u remove the affected bud's mesh ul notice that unbalanced volume from the pair so u can do two of the following things:
    1.) Remove the mesh of another one too
    OR
    2.) Go to settings>system>accessibility> then scroll down ul see the audio balance slider to adjust the balance from left to right... You can adjust it accordingly
