So i got an invite after being very active in the forum and someone was kind enough to share it with me. I ordered my phone immediately then i was scheduled to receive it on a thursday, it never got home. I checked DHL and they sent the package to the wrong address in a totally different province (I live in quebec and it was sent to BC).
After talking to DHL, i was told that they need to confirm the address with the shipper (one plus one ) and after two weeks of DHL calling One plus One and i sending them message we aren't even close to a solution.
Right now my phone is in a depot in BC under my name but with the wrong address and they charged me as soon as i placed the order so i was practically robbed.
Here are the emails i exchanged with One plus One. Notice the dates they replied and how they tell me that they are working with DHL to solve the issue when in fact that was Bullshit since the person at DHL told me by phone that they have never been in contact with One plus one.

I've been tracking my order in the one plus one site and DHL as well and it appears you have sent it to the wrong address. According to DHL, they attempted delivery today in Bristish Columbia, BC Canada but i live in Laval, Quebec Canada.
I have not change my shipping address and it is the same as my billing address so the only thing i can think of it's that either you sent me the wrong tracking number or you sent it to the wrong address. Eithern way i'd like to hear from you as soon as possible given that it's very worryngly the situation.

Hello Ling,
I have not submitted another ticket. Honestly, i ran out of patiencen with your company. DHL has called several times, telling they cannot redirect the shipment unles they receive confirmation from you. They have tried to contact you as well with no answer. I either have my phone by thursday (11/09/2014) or i will have to take other mesures. I'm honestly dissapointed.

Hey Pedro,
Our warehouse is working with DHL to identify where the item is, they promised us that they will give an answer by the latest next Monday (I know it's long). The reason I asked if you had another ticket is that I remember looking into this before I received this package - my memory is getting worse as I get older. Anyhow, I believe it came through via a twitter or a forum post.
I do understand this is extremely frustrating. The two options that would most likely result once we wrap up investgation:
1. We refund you the money
2. We ship you a replacement
Let me know which method you prefer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It is not true that you warehouse is working with DHL.
I have talked to DHL every single day since my phone was supposed to arrive
(last Thursday) and they are just waiting for you to answer them so they
can redirect the package. You haven't answered. They have no contact
whatsoever with anybody from one plus one.
I have only submitted a ticket through your website, nothing else and just
one time.
If you refund the purchase will you be doing it with shipment included or
not?? If you only refund the phone then I would prefer that you send me a
replacement because i don't want to loose 30$ (shipment) due to somebody
else's mistake.

Do rest assure that we will reach a solution with your best interest. Just as you said, the mistake came from the processing end (not yours at all), so we will make sure that you do not incur any additional expense.
As I promised, our warehouse needs time to perform the investigation. If you do have a case ID from DHL, can you send it, it might help expedite things.

Ling my case ID with DHL is the same track number that you gave me.
All you have to do is pick up your phone and call them to correct my
address. They have been waiting for a week to get this and they call me
everyday telling me how you do not answer their request. I cannot believe
that someone in your company don't have 2 minutes to call a free toll
number around the world and correct my address.
They have the package in BC, Canada under my name and they only need you to
confirm my address but apparently that's too much to ask and you need more
than a week to do so.
I am requesting a refund because i do think you are not interested in
selling me the phone nor helping me. I'd like to know as soon as possible
what's the procedure to follow to get my total refund with shipping
included or I'll have to dispute payment with PayPal, like so many others
have done before.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. We have contacted DHL and they said they will re-deliver the package to your correct address. I am not sure why there are mixed messages. We will make sure that you get the package.

Today 18/09/2014 i have not receive my phone nor nothing remotely close that tells me when i'll receive it, if i ever receive it. Anyways i don't want it anymore. Worst experience from one of the worst companies i've ever dealt with!
