One plus nightmare!!

    It always amazes me how people can be so fanatic and excuse every single shit a company like this does.

    Firstly, you paid for express shipping. It is your hard earn money that you use to pay for express shipping and when you don't get it you should complain. I don't give a **** if it was a human mistake, a machine or an atomic bomb dropped in their factory! it is your right to receive what you paid for! PERIOD. The least they should do is offer you some accesories for free!!!

    Seconly, it's been more than three weeks! almost a month since i ordered. Almost a month ago i paid with my hard earn money, almost 500 ******* dollars for something i don't have!! for something i don't even have any idea when i will receive it and you say i'm being too dramatic?? go **** yourself fanboy! Maybe your daddy buys your shit but i earn mine.

    It is disappointing the length of time it took for them to resolve your problem.
    It seems that negative experiences circulate faster than the positive, and from what I've seen from perusing these forums is that this sort of thing doesn't happen very often.

    Seeing as this is a pretty new company and very busy, I'd cut them some slack. Especially since a real person, not a robot, and also seems like the same human being apologized and also solved the problem.

    So OP made a mistake and sent it to a wrong address. BUT you found it...or, rather, DHL found it. So if DHL knows where it is, why don't they just SEND IT TO YOU???

    Unfortunate this, I literally just paid £280 (with express shipping).
    I hope this isn't common practice with them, I'd rather know the truth, say if they lost it, or didn't event send it yet, for whatever reason, manufacturing, distribution... #neverSettle? #keepItRealToo :)
