I get a blank screen and it takes a minute or 2 for the menu to pop up. I tried restarts and deleting multiple apps but it did not work. I think this is my phone as my friend's phone (same model) does not give this issue. Could you please help with this?

I have done everything from my end like factory reset, format ...Even I am not using more apps now....Please resolve the issue or replace the phone.....

Worst performance... My 4 years old phone is much better than this... This 12 gb RAM is all bogus sales idea... Not worth for one plus to get such a bad reviews from customers.... Gallery problem OnePlus launch not responding Very slow.. Can't operate the phone,... It's getting hanged Not even 30% memory used of 256 GB.. I cannot imagine the speed with full memory
