    By the way, why do you think they should replace and not change panel? If it's more than 15 days from purchase, the warranty terms would say repair/replacement of part and not the TV itself.

    How did they not support ?

    They offered a replacement panel as per the company issued warranty terms.

    Did you not read the terms before buying the TV ?

    Do you expect the service technician to just give you a new TV out of his own pocket ?

    That is a question you should be asking support staff and not on a user forum.

    This is not a support site. Nobody here works for OnePlus or is involved in the support chain.

    Also the page you are referring to , it says return and not replace
