I'd like a genuinely full screen display, edge to edge covering the whole front.

And lots of LED's and notification lights. I want a landing strip of flashers i can guide jet planes in to land with :)

Thanks for supporting my list. I hope OnePlus will do the same. :)
Changeable battery would be nice indeed but NOT if that means: less capacity. And that's exactly what OnePlus have been argumenting! With such a good battery performance it becomes even less important to have a changeable battery. And fixed doesn't mean irreplacable. It can still be replaced when your battery dies before you want to replace the phone (which is unlikely). I think sd-card slot would be higher on my list. But these things are not really about design as the thread starter meant.

I agree w/ the IR Blaster! & HeartRate Monitoring Solution (maybe that belongs in a watch only though).

Reinforced corners would be cool, not large bumpers but some sort of good looking material to handle the blunt shocks of the drop without "smushing" like the all corner plastics seam to do.

what i would like to see.
    1.. waterproof
    2. 128gb or 64gb with micro sd option
    3. 5000mAh+ battery would be nice
    4. 13mps or 20.1mps back snapper with dedicated image processor like the iphones has.
    5. wireless charging would be a nice touch or usb 3
    5. flexible display or shatterproof design maybe more rugged.
6.same size screen 1080p is enough

Some awesome ideas. I think the size of the phone is great, a slightly slimmer bezel would be ok. A screen from end to end completely, ehhh I dont know. What effect does the bezel have on screen strength? I may be wrong, but a slim bezel if nothing else then just for orientation would be great.

Wireless charging would be one of those must haves. I think some people have mentioned that the OPO has faux stereo speakers, so better speakers imo. IR blaster would be the tits!

    Better Gorilla glass 4+ etc

The usual upgrades to proc, snapdragon 808 / 810?

    Support for Verizion bands?

    802.11ac

64 GB standard + sd card port to appease the heavy memory hogs out there.

I'm torn, a bit, actually. If it it means maybe 200mAh less for easily swappable battery, I think I'd go for it. Currently, the 3100mAh battery lasts a long time and I rarely get close to using all of the battery in a single day. So going a little bit smaller for swappable to me sounds great. But if we're talking a loss of over 500mAh... then... well.... that's less ideal.

    Hi,

I really love my Oneplus One.
The most pro for me is, that it has the privacy guide feature, so we dont have to be affraid of malicious google play apps. Keep this please in each your next device.

What could be changed in the successor?

-maybe instead of making thinner bezels and larger screen, i prefer to keep the screen and smaller phone. 5.5" is more than enough for a phone.

-could be slightly thicker, so bigger acu can fit, lets say 4000 mah.

-more megapixel camera? not neccessary. A phone will be never a dslr, for pro pics take a real camera. smaller pixel density = better low loght photos.8 mpix is far more than enough. What matters, is optical stabilisation and good lens. and maybe htc m7 like sensor ( tripple 4mpix)
-too many pixels = large files, hard to handle, send, store, etc..
-better less pixels with really good optics

    -waterproof

-the phone is big, so we mostly use it for media. in that case stereo speakers could be nice, even frontfacing htc one like stereo sound.

for the rest, the current phone is the best i had. and i have no reason to change it now. Please dont make it bigger.

Maybe an Oneplus Tablet could be nice

I wish the same screen size (or slightly smaller) but smaller overall footprint, and I really like to have the FM radio function. Hoping the camera software will be greatly improved as well.

    Hardware:
    1. Dual Sim
    2. Smaller form factor with same screen size.
    3. Micro SD slot
    4. Waterproof
    5. OIS
    6. FM Radio

#1 is much more important to me than the others.

    Software:
    1. CM12S with all bugs fixed
    2. xposed framework working
    3. Better Camera app

All about equally important to me. I might not upgrade to CM12S on the One if I have to give up xposed framework.

I would keep a very similar design, with the same screen size and resolution, but with no capacitive buttons and smaller bezels all around.
