I advice you to read about that. And do you like it or no seems that 4k screens One mobile phones is a close reality. Is said that Samsung Note 5 in end 2015 will bring it and almost i guess a sp 820.
I AM wonder how will be watching a movie ... and the sound other detail that will improve greater.

I would actually prefer it if One plus waited till Q4 2015 because let's be honest, the One is still a very speedy phone in comparison to most flagships and the upgrade really isn't needed until then. I would prefer they take their time and make something truly worthy of being the One's predecessor than release the Two to keep up.

Snapdragon 820, 4gb of RAM, thinner bezels and legitimate customization, keep the 1080p screen and the current battery, add a VERY impressive camera to shut everyone up and and a touch of whatever Onepluses innovative minds can add new to the mobile industry. Maybe increase the price 100 dollars for profitability.

Completely agreed with you landnone and i really think like you. You took my words. But remember a processor like sp 820 is a beast and is developed for 4K screens. What i think that One plus could do is, include a 2k screen and more what you said. Simply perfect.

I keep my phones at least 2 years, so I don't think I'll be getting the Two. I'm also sure the 820 will be a 64bit and by then the apps will be there to make use of the hardware. Regarding screens, I'm sure 1080p and 5.5" is more than enough, specially if the difference to 4k is negligible and the battery life is improved.

Cyanogen has parted company with OPO according to press releases. Therefore, any OPO2 will be having a different operating system, which is truly a shame!

I get where your coming from but I personally compared a LG G3 to OPO and personally saw no difference, and I'm pretty anal about visual appearance of any screen I'm viewing.

4k for a phone screen will be like 3D TVs. Everyone will make one, some will be sold - but even fewer kept. The battery drain alone for a 4k phone won't be worth it unless something big changes in the battery or processing realm.

Go on youtube and play a 1440p video on the g3 and the same video but in 1080p on the OPO, the video will look noticeably sharper on the g3 so 4k will obviously look sharper. That's not to say I want 4k on a smartphone, just that there will be a difference between 1080p and 4k.

I read that Samsung is moving away from snapdragon in favor their own processors. Yes there are rumors about phones and tablets reaching 4k. Word was actually that tablets should get it in 2014 which obviously didn't happen yet.

I think it's rumors based on possibility. I wouldn't mind or be surprised if we get there but not quite yet.

Considering the competitors and the way which OP is maintaining their business, this is unlikely.
