    Dear team

    I am using one plus series 43 tv I can't download the app from play store kindly resolve this issue I tried 2 and 3 wifi connection also but can't download picture showing app pending.... Only

    Is the issue happening with only a particular app on Playstore or all the apps?
    Can you share a screenshot.
    Also, did you try by using mobile hotspot once?

    Try this,
    1. Go to Settings<Apps<Playstore and clear storage.
    2. Retry downloading the app.
    If it doesn't work
    Disconnect your Wifi and connect TV to your mobile hotspot and try again.

    Ok... Try resetting the Router and if it doesn't work reset the TV and check.
