One Plus Y TV installation not Done

    Hi, I recently purchased TV from One plus website, It was delivered on 9th but till today installation is not done. Please help. Company support tells they have escalated the issue but not sending any installation guy to my place, Please help how can I approach them?

    Hey man... Sorry to hear. Lately it seems like the installation lapses have increased. I see more and more users having the same issue. Do you have any reference ID so that I can escalate the case to the CS.

    All he can do is, try to escalate your issue to an admin.
