Don't mix colour os in oxygen os I was a fan of oxygen os that's why I bought an oneplus if I need to use the colour os then I would have bought oppo cheap phones not the expensive oneplus.

Is OnePlus capable of improving their support/service centers?

I submitted my OnePlus for servicing and it's been more that 48hrs and there is no engineer assigned for service. Is this how good of Service OnePlus offers? Moreover every customer care agent i speak to tells me different story/process. They are not aware of the conversation I've had with their previous representatives. Does OnePlus have good tools for documentation? If they do, then are the representatives even documenting what they promise? I'm having so many doubts regarding the servicing of my pone. Will OnePlus even fix my phone?

Gladly I definitely will. I harbor absolutely zero Ill will towards OnePlus, but like so many other OnePlus users, I am not feeling ANY "warm fuzzies" coming out of this deeper integration with Oppo. Time will tell. I knew switching from Apple to Android might turn me into a phone nerd... seems like that is well on its way to becoming the case. 😂😂😂

I hope OnePlus continues to push the limits, as Oppo has had some very innovative tech, that I would love to see on future phones coming to the mainstream US market. Getting carriers to offer them with EIPs is important to gain serious market share. That, and offering USEFUL innovative features BEFORE Samsung and Apple, so as to draw away fence-sitting long-time users of those brands, whom I personally have come to detest.

I am a big fan of your product because you were able to bring us a near-stock Android experience that no other company was able to bring. I'm also a big fan of your company because you made us feel that you are listening to what your customers say and feel. You were a "consumer first" company and I loved your company because of that. We, loved your company. But with your decision to merge with Oppo's Color OS, you just spat on our faces. The faces of the customers and supporters who were there for you right from the start of Oneplus. I'm sorry but you just lost a fan.

Only request is that please bring OnePlus Launcher or atleast OxygenOS App Drawer it's so fast and smooth that ColorOS can't match it especially the look and feel of OxygenOS. It's a humble request 🙏🥺.

With OnePlus Launcher we can use OnePlus scout while accessing the App Drawer ; but with OxygenOS 12 Beta OnePlus scout is in the shelf which feels completely irrelevant and of no use.
Who's gone access the shelf for using the OnePlus scout🤷

Hey dude, Its general request, do also submit what you want and expect from OnePlus via feedback. So they could get it what exactly majority of users want.

Steps to submit feedback:

1. Log into the Community app
2. Sign up with your OnePlus account
3. Look out for the "+" symbol and tap on it
4. Click on the Feedback option
5. Select the issue category and answer the related questions

@Gary C. @Pete you can do code integration for user experience but don't think to change of ui of oxygen os with colour os if you really don't want to end OnePlus it will be end of op if do such thing. People buying OnePlus just because of oxygen os and its ui only. My suggestion will be don't even think about integration of ui.
