I just downloaded the file directly into my downloads, turned it off, pressed the power button, and volume down and updated like that.

Yea they Normally take max 2 days after announced date to make it to this neck of the woods. Ontario, Canada no update as of yet here. Mostly clearing bugs and such as its a different make on phone/OS technically. And I wouldn't flash it from a download. It takes that time for a reason. Been without it what's the rush and have to work to get it? Lol

Is it advised to clear Cache before, and After update.... I've never had to clear my cache before on any updates... ?? And so far have been problem free...... Should I do it now before and after the latest update... ??

I'm on 3 in the UK and haven't got the update yet. I don't think the network you are on is relevant though.

I'm not convinced this update is big deal personally, but it is crazy to see the frenzy people get in when an update is available.

(P.s I don't mean you buy the way, just a general feeling from browsing the forum today).
