Making statements about having solved all the issues with the 810 is the same as stating that CM12.1 is coming really soon... oh wait.. *facepalm*

If the fingerprint detector is very useful for the CIA, police and cyber-criminals, and have your name, location, pictures, calls, messages, address book and fingerprint scanner also have your fingerprint in 3D, thisIt is fantastic, yes.

Yup...they just treated the only flaw of snapdragon 810...which is heating issues...so the best power chip in the market got better :)

Thank you for updating us all in this issue. I just have some thougths I would like to share with you.

What about the issue with Cyanogen? Who did not trusted who hier? I still think that they have today the best Android based ROM on the market, and they could do marvelous things with forthcoming devices. I think that both companies should re-think their positions.

Rigorous testing? How long are you developing the phone? I hope over 1 year cause testing, good and extensive, take way longer that that.

Now my 2 cents from someone from the industry to someone from consumer goods: Cooling/thermal gel will dry and will get cracked with time, heat dissipation get worst. How long the lifetime of the 2 should be? Only 2 years?? (at least, as it is the waranty period in EU), but of course it should be kept working longer (My one is nearly 1 year, and seems to be OK, despite of the bad battery). This (cooling paste) also means that the phone will be even more difficult to repair.
Graphite? are you sure? all over the phone? What about smal drops, vibrations, small schocks? Graphite is hard and tend to crack, therefore the heat dissipation decreases. And it is conducting, isn't it? What about EMC/electrtic Noise for both emissions and interferences for the phone? How to properly shield it?

Honestly, I think that your effort for "cooling" the phone are quite valid, but maybe you should try anoteher method (another processor, maybe?); Nevertheless you quite have some courage and guts to test something new on the market (the use of Grapite - at least for me it is new in mobile business) and I apretiate that, just make sure our phones will work, ok?

Lets see, may be I will buy one (or Two - pun intended) soon.

    And remember: NEVER SETTLE!

So, will Oxygen OS be stock now? Will the OPT get OTA for Oxygen OS? And if they do, will the OPO get an OTA for Oxygen over CM?

I honestly doubt this chip is capable to run on its targeted frequency without throttling under load. Sony uses same revision in their z3+ and there are already news about it's overhearing
