Allocating tasks based on processor capacity and position seems to be really cool

    Let's see about "COOL"..

I sincerely hope the OP2 will have a good cooling system around the SD810 processor. Tech sites all over the world criticize this specific CPU for its thermal design - and from hardware point of view there is no "v2.1". Sony says the new version will only throttle performance even earlier and throttle even further.

I am really excited about the first serious reviews of the new OP2. After all there must have been a very good reason to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810. Oneplus must have been well aware of its problems as they are known for quite a long time. Hopefully it wasn't just a very good price tag in the purchasing department.

Some people say 810 is a very HOT processor and others say it is only a bittle too WARM

Op tested 810 along with the other processors and came up back to it.....And they've had a new version built and the clock power was reduced to maintain the heat...We'll definitely have a beast(The flagship killer) in our hands this time.... Go Hype Op neversettle

That's normal, don't worry your phone is running at 1.8ghz. If your using CPU Z and you open the app will only the a53 cores arunning it will show 1.55. If you open it and the a57 cores are running you'll see both frequencies. Same with the gpu btw. The max frequency you see the gpu at is the one it you opened that App with

Factory reset. Rouge App usig system resources. Just because your phone is warm doesn't make it the processors fault. There has been many test showing the 810 in the OnePlus 2 runs cool and even cooler than the 801. If your OPO was warm you would not have posted this, you probably would have looked for the cause
