I havn't tried it, I'm not sure if its O2 or H2 so do it at your own descretion.

Translation of the text at the start:

Removed bloatware to a certain degree
Added perfect root, with the really easy to use Kinguser/SuperSU root manager
Added network usage monitor in the status bar (Accuracy should be ok) In the extra settings, you can turn it off or choose the update rate.
Added MIUI compass

Extra settings:
Settings sidebar -- lots of shortcuts, clear cache, screenshots etc.
Eye protector -- protect your eyes (T.N idk what this is probably some blue light filter of some sort)
Network speed indicator settings
Flash lights on incoming calls
Add apks to survive factory resets
