OnePlus 2 Major Bug

  1. shinendrakumar Cupcake Sep 6, 2015

    shinendrakumar, Sep 6, 2015 :
    Hey Everyone,

I am using Oneplus 2 and I'm facing very major problem in my OnePlus 2. When I call someone my signal automatically disappears and disconnects the call. I'm using Airtel SIM in India. I also contacted Airtel about this they denied to accept any type of problem in their network and it happens with other companies SIM also in my OnePlus 2.

I don't know whether it's a hardware problem or software issue.

Have you tried using the other sim slot, could be a problem maybe falling back to 2G to call?

Always put on 2G mode for this problem but I guess it doesn't workout.

maybe your carrier has more 3G bands available try enabling 3G but not data if you don't want it.

Well... it's about replace... and yes, they might be kinda right here (personally I think it's stupid decision), what I would suggest you is to give it back to them and to take your money... as they gave you a defective device... or contact OnePlus through Support (at the bottom of the page you can open a ticket or directly try a live chat) and ask them for replace. What would be perfect decision is the OP accepts to replace your phone without asking from you any additional penny (that won't happen) however you have to try.
