Hello guys, after I watched the live event I am not thrilled of anticipation. I had higher expectations and I looks like I will stay with my One simply because the Two looks more like a upgraded version to me, here is why:

    - Same size/screen.
    - More RAM/CPU/GPU.
    - Hot swappable backs - finally.
    - Ugly positioned camera.
    - A bit smaller but thicker.
    - OIS on the slightly better/same 13meg camera.
    - Fingerprint not that good after all.
    - Only 1 mono speaker instead of 2.
    - 3300mah battery with less SOT.
    - No removable battery
    - NO NFC
    - No Wireless charging - quick wireless charging already available
    - No Quick charge for the new USB-C.
    - No microSD card slot
    - 2 sim slot instead of 2/1 sim + MicroSD combo
    - Mute button - I see that constantly switching on/off vibration accidentally in my pocket.
    - 16gb version, really?
    - 1080p LCD screen but brighter? Pffffff.
At least it could have been AMOLED!
    - NO Cyanogen, only Oxygen.

Many ppl say: I don't need Quad HD screen/ can't tell the difference/ human eye can't see blalala. Guys, just get any phone with 1440p screen next to your beloved 1080p and you will see the HUGE difference. Everybody else use 1440p already, so performance/battery life is not an excuse anymore.

I expected more this time, I was happy to pay more. Now the upgrade is hardly justified and the only targeted group seems like new users on a budged.

And most importantly to ME is that the WOW factor is gone with the new Oneplus 1s or Oneplus 1+, I mean Oneplus 2...

Yes but speaking about the wireless charging they can't come out with a wireless charging case, maybe that will be the case

I'm not disappointed in the phone, I guess I just expected a little bit more. I love my oneplus, I'm in no rush for an invite. When I do get I will buy the phone anyways.

I've to agree... I'd prefer them to stay with the old snapdragon since they know what it his with best. I believe this phone is just test ground for snapdragon.

Most disappointment is probably with charging. Well...there goes the hype.

Just to correct you, the screen is not exactly the same (better 1080p quality). Also, the camera is better, 13MP is more than enough. Tbh, I can't really judge the camera for myself, but shots looks better on the OP2 than the original One. Also, the OS has been updated with new features & will continue to be.

At first, I didn't like the design, but it grew on me. It looks classy (if that's the term). Obviously, this is my personal opinion.

If my contract with my carrier ended this year, I would've waited for the Moto X Style or Nexus. But for the price, the OP2 is unbeatable!

    Cheers!

What did you expect for like £100 more. Sure some things they could have left in but overall I think its honestly a really good phone.

More stuff it mean more expensive, I don't need fingerprint sensor that's why I stay with my "one".

How is the frame at all iPhone-like in any way? And the rear camera is in a good place, it just looks really stupid with the flash on top and focus on the bottom, lol.

By the way the lack of NFC could be explained with the hot-swappable back covers. Which means they should be way cheaper than the bamboo, I hope about £10-15.
