The price in EUR is OK. I found only the Honor 7 is cheaper in my country, but, in my opinion, it is not so good as the OP2.

Ok, 454$ if you pay in € is really outrageous. And the crisis in Greece is NOT AN EXCUSE, because the same is for UK pound and Swedish SEK and other currencies. Only in $ is cheap !

Is it possible to pay in $ if i live in Europe (Slovenia) ? And if no why not ?

Yeah I find it bizarre that they still haven't rolled out a decent amount of invites yet.

Hey guys, was there any official comment on the price difference between the countries anywhere? Is it because of VAT?

Most likely because of VAT charges in Europe which is why it's so much more expensive.

agree usualy US prices are without VAT while in europe VAT is inculded mandatory
399 € for high end phone is within the lower range we see today compared to all other going almost to 600 -900€

    Yes, usually.
I do have this toy already but yet to receive an invoice or document which actually states the VAT value from the OP. Thats why I asked for an official comment.
Corporate clients can deduct VAT if they keep the phone at corporate balance, so while high end phones are indeed more expensive, they do include VAT in their price. If you deduct the VAT (24% in Finland, for example) from the original prices of 600-900, the gap will not be as huge. In fact Samsung S6 will cost just as much...

Not really, but this is what most people speculate it to be, you will have to contact customer support if you want that question to be answered.

peopel in america only have to pay $329,99 (thats 290,61 euro) and peopel form europa need to pay 339.- euro (that's $383,816) so instead of 10 euro the difference is 50 euro;)
