    RandomDude66613 , Apr 14, 2017 :
After I woke up I grabbed my OnePlus and start browsing Facebook and other news... After I'm done I goes to Paly Store to check if I have any updates for the app's, there was couple of them, but I can't download and install them, I got error "error retrieving information from server" so I clean the cache of Play Store and Google Play Services, that won't help, so I decided to reboot my phone. I pressed power button and select reboot. The phone goes off and now I can't turn it back on, holding the power button doesn't do anything, also the led doesn't do anything when I'm connecting the charging cable.

from experience with my 1 plus 2 having the rare problem like your 1 plus I have fixed it from just spamming the power button and the volume buttons and it could work I hope my suggestion works

Try holding the power button for much longer than usual. For a minute or longer.

Ive seen the same. Give it about 10 minutes and then hold down the power button forever! Every time I panick and think its dead, it eventually came back on.

Was your phone rooted? I had this issue a while back and it was because of an error called dm-verity. What happened was my phone looked like it wasn't on but it was indeed on. For some reason after some key combinations and continuous pressing I was able to see the error show up on boot. I eventually flashed stock recovery again and the error was gone. I hope this helps

My advice is to flash stock recovery again by using ADB on a PC. That should bring the device back to life because I feel it is actually on as in my own case

That's why. Your Phone is on, it's not off. Flash stock recovery and Flash the latest Oxygen os.
