    oneplus 43 Inch Y series tv failed to satisfy our needs. It's not upto the mark as well as the price I have paid. The USB port is not working. Every time it's giving notifications for the errors and format. I have tried it with every possible tricks and formats to access my pendrive and hard drive.

    Did you try using the pendrive on any other device like laptop/PC?

    I tried everything. As per instructions given by the company but it doesn't working. Company is neither responding nor interested to resolving the issue.

    Have you tried other pen dives or storage media?
    Besides the format error, did you get any other errors?

    I think your pendrive is malfunctioning.
    But still, raise a service request via OnePlus Care App.
    Raise a service request -
    1. Download OnePlus Care app
    2. Find Serial number on the box of the TV or in settings and register your TV on the app
    3. Raise a Service request
    4. A service number will be given and a technician will be assigned

    What exact error message do you get exactly ?

    Are you using a Mac or a PC to format the drive ?

    The exact error would be most helpful, since if it's giving a formatting issue the USB port is working, but something is wrong with the data.

    As far as I am aware the Y series supports FAT and NTFS formats.


    As @Tobikage suggested, if you could share the screenshot of the error message and what's the USB format, we will be able to share some thoughts about the root cause.
