They all use the same processor. I'm using the Note 8. Used to care about benchmarks but to be honest, not worth the stress.

But he asked if it was number 1 and it's not. Very soon 5T will be passed by Snapdragon 845. But who even cares about benchmarks? Do you think the phone is fast or slow? That's all that matters.

Ok. May I ask why? Will it make any difference if your phone will be first in the ranking? Will it make it faster than it is now? The answer is no. And the answer to your first question is also no. There's no way to get 220k points on the 5T because it's hardware limited. Wait for the OP6 and be happy with the best score till the iPhone comes out...

No SD835 device can be rank 1, the A11 bionic is simply better. In real world usage though, for most tasks, there's barely any difference.

It's good. But what matters the most is the way it handles on a daily basis. And the fact that this is the snappiest and quickest phone when it comes to opening, minimizing apps, going through menu's, convinced me not to chose Samsung S8/S8+.
The camera can be improved in future updates, but the lag from a Samsung S8 device which pops up after a few months, cannot.

For those who already are on the newest Oreo update, since the Spectre patch has been applied I'm curious to see if it impacted the overall performance of the phone.
I didn't receive the update yet and I'm skeptical.
AnTuTu, Geekbench, your choice, throw here your latest benchmark scores with the newest update.
    Thank you

hey after reading the thread it's not what I want. this 8s overall benchmark on several OOS versions.
I want a specific OOS 5.0.2 due to the Spectre patch.
didn't you hear iPhone reduced the performance due to the patch and I was curious about oneplus's patch too

Its still on the same subject matter Antutu benchmarks. There is no need for a separate thread just for 5.0.2 otherwise we would have threads created for each OTA/build
Anyone contributing to this thread will soon enough be on 5.0.2

Why didn' you post it then?

There are threads everywhere on the forum about lag on the OP5T.

The highest benchmarking android devices without CHEATS are the MI6 or the Honor V10.

I would like someone to rationally explain to me how the 5T can be faster than the 5, when it has to push more pixels.
This one I have to hear( more optimised won't cut it ) as they have the same OS and they have the same Internals:p
