OnePlus 5 is not starting alone to activate the alarm Jun 16, 2020

    I have had OP5 since 2016, I upgraded to Android 10, after that I allowed the clock app could work on the system, that is, start alone, in about 2 days it worked normally but now it doesn't start anymore and I'm losing alarms, why is it?

    Firstly OnePlus 5 was launched in june 2017 and you can't have it in 2016 unless you are OnePlus development head, secondly alarm issue missing might be due to background stoppage try to go in battery then optimisation and check that alaram is optimised,if yes don't optimised and try!

    Hi, my OnePlus 5 have the same issue as well. It used to be able to start the phone automatically 1 minute before the alarm goes off, now it doesn't work that way anymore. I have missed a lot of alarms because of this.

    I checked this, unfortunately I don't see alarm as one of the optimised app. Any other ways that I can fix this? Thanks!

    I have a one plus 5T, since it updated to android 10 my alarm is not working, waking up my phone when it is power off despite of the option is active at alarm configuration, but I receive the notification of missed alarmwhen I power on the phone.
    I've checked configuration, and everything looks ok, in fact the alarm is not an optimized app.

    I have also noticed that if a test is made with an alarm that will sound in the next 3 minutes and the phone is turned off, everything works perfectly, but if the phone has been off for several hours, the wake-up feature does not work.
    Has anyone encountered any solutions?

    Curious whether ANY of you have used the bug report tool in the Feedback section of the Community app. Stating the problem here isn't likely to get it fixed. It's also beneficial to state WHICH Android 10 version you refer to (10.0.0 or 10.0.1). Support claims there WILL be another update to correct problems from the most recent version, though its anybody's guess as to when or IF it will actually happen
