How safe is Gear Best on waranty ?
Directly to OnePlus or does it need to pass their hands ?

I dont want to buy from GearBest.
Thats why i wonder about that when or how i could buy it from official site.

How it works when for example: GB OR DE got it, but when i need to past my delivery adress i just cant switch it to Poland. Thats impossible to buy it from other country in that case?

I hope with the release of 5T / 6 OnePlus 5 will have the same version of OOS.
I want at least a year of actual support.

Gear Best was safe on sale and refund,so far, for me. I've never needed to ask for 'the warranty' on my bought devices, so I can't say. Anyway, it's out of OnePlus's responsability.

I'm not too happy about the fact that there's a world wide shortage... I'd like upgrade my Bacon to a Cheeseburger now...

It may have to do with the upside down displays. If I were them I'd be embarrassed and not release any more either.

Jelly effect problem that is why they don't want to manufacture it anymore, and they should switch to IPS, I freaking hate AMOLED burn in problem

It has been so hugely successful, and is clearly the best smartphone of 2017. It is inevitable that it will seek out and supply has not been able to keep up with the immense demand.

I really feel for the people that have not yet managed to get their hands on a OnePlus 5 yet, but hopefully they will be back in stock soon

Umm, no. Jelly effect has been debunked about a million times.

There is also no "AMOLED burn in problem".

I strongly suggest you stop listening to click bait chit chat that is posted online by trolls in order to draw attention to themselves.

In the mean time, you can get £20 (or equivalent in your currency) off accessories for the One Plus 5 when it is back in stock by clicking below :)
