    hello there,
I've been using my op5 for about a year now and lately it is starting to overheat. im no power user, I just listen to music and watch Netflix etc. since a few days/weeks my device starts to overheat while barely doing everything. like now for instance I'm listening to music via Bluetooth (Spotify) and typing this message and it's gets warmer than its supposed to be. does someone have a fix for this? I do not clear my apps in recent but I've never done this.. it's also very bad when it's being used as a hotspot. it will get very very hot and suddenly crash and shut down.. while sometimes being very cool..

First: Go to setting->storage and memory (scroll down)-> cached data(click and clear the cache).

    and then
    Second:

    1. Turn the phone off(unplug the charger if charging).
    2. Hold Power and Volume Down
    3. English (or pick any language that you want)
    4. Wipe data & cache
    5. Wipe cache (it's doesn't delete your personal data)
    6. Yes
    7. Reboot.
