OnePlus 55 Q1 IN Pro stuck/freeze

    The TV is stuck while loading/booting nothing happens, even sound bar doesn't move. Tried the (1+) + (Volume Up) button recovery process. Wiped the data, did factory reset and then rebooted, waited for half an hour. Nothing is happening. I cant even update the software because it doesn't even reaches that point. Getting OnePlus service, as it is evident, is next to impossible, having waited for 15 days I have lost all my patience. Is this a faulty TV?
    PS : Any help is appreciated, also I will be uploading a video clip which might give a better picture.

    Hey, I have already escalated the issue and they said they are looking into it.

    Hey.. Happened after any update or randomly on a fine day when turned On the TV?
    Seems to be like there is a firware issue as it's not even working after factory reset. You can share you Reference Number of the complaint, so that I can escalate the case. Technician can help by flashing the firmware required.

    He already mentioned that he did the factory reset by the process but no use. :rolleyes:

    It happened in my absence, so the scenario which led to this is uncertain.
    I currently don't have the reference number but will get it from the customer care and post it.
    Thank you for your attention, also is this common in Q1 Pro series and what could be the most probable reason, I myself am curious.

    Could you escalate this issue, we don't have any service here, it's more than 2 weeks, some say hardware issue some say it needs to be flashed, all telephonically, nobody is attending this, my service reference is QXCBDFNLWNBM.

    Should I again raise a service request?
