So if OnePlus could afford OIS in last years model, how are they unable to do so in this years 5 and 5t?

Does the lack of OIS expose Oneplus more to the fact that they have little or no say over how their phones are designed and that they are told what they will be allowed to put into it based on what OPPO's designs are?

They take away a usable hardware feature that I'm guessing many appreciate, and then claim that EIS is the way to go, which saves them money, but pass it off to the public as "We're doing this for you"??

That would be very funny because they just realeased a new YouTube video called "The Process" - Created together with our fans :)) I hope what they say it's true! But what you say also seems to be true since the design is unchanged from the Oppo phones.

I can't believe OnePlus. Why didn't they improve on the OnePlus 3 camera?? That was good! They should definitely go for bigger pixels with OIS.

I hope OnePlus learns something from this poll. They should definitely add OIS in their next phone.

I'd rather have OIS rather than the current dual camera setup honestly

OIS not only is better than EIS and cuts less of the video sides, but also OIS improves low light captures a lot, no need for processing artifacts

do you like jelly video? because OIS is good for low light photo only, it degrades other photo modes and video quality where EIS is of better quality.
