Other Oneplus 5t id not working with vr headsets Dec 9, 2017

I have tried to use oneplus 5t on google cardboard and mi vr. But its not working with both. None of the vr apps are able to detect magnetic click from phone. Any help to resolve this problem. I asked oneplus support they said reboot phone but nothing works out. I am on latest os version updated yesterday only. Not sure if oneplus is bother about this issue.
